    1. Paul Broadhurst
      Paul Broadhurst
      Founder and Chief Executive Officer  
      Paul founded Technetix in 1990 and is its major shareholder. He is responsible for the company's general management and strategy, including business development, sales and marketing. Prior to founding Technetix, Paul was with PA Consultants, Continental Microwave and EMI Central Research Laboratories. Paul is a Chartered Engineer, a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Eur. Ing., a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (USA) and a fellow of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers.
       
       
       
    2. John Brougham
      John Brougham
      Non-Executive Director
      John joined the board of Technetix in January 2010 as an independent non-executive director. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He has more than 40 years working experience in the electronics, telecoms, and software sectors, with 30 years at director level. He retired from his last full-time role as Chief Financial Officer of Monitise plc in 2012 and he has held non-executive director roles since 2007. Currently, he is also the Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Finance, Investment and Performance Committee of West Herts Hospital Trust. John has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and is a qualified accountant (FCMA).
       
       
       
    3. Colin Buechner
      Colin Buechner
      Non-Executive Director  
      Colin was appointed to the board of Technetix in July 2016 as a non-executive director. Colin is a telecommunications professional with many years of experience in the industry. He is also the Managing Director Access Network for Liberty Global where he has been since 2001. In this role, he is responsible for developing the strategy and driving innovation as well as all planning and engineering activities to assure the network is able to satisfy current and future business demands. His role also covers the Liberty Global network expansion programs to connect millions of additional homes to the Liberty Global broadband network. Prior to joining Liberty Global, Colin worked for several telecommunication companies including Vodafone, Viag Interkom and RSL COM.
       
       
       
    4. Andrew Kellett
      Andrew Kellett
      Chief Financial Officer   
      Andrew has a strong track record in the financial and operational leadership of international high-growth companies. His most recent positions have been in the life-sciences/healthcare sector, holding CFO positions with Cmed Group, an international clinical research company and Genetix Group PLC, a publicly listed global life-sciences and diagnostics company where he played a key role in the growth, transformation and successful sale of the company. He was also Finance Director of the global clinical trials business of Quest Diagnostics Inc. Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand and is responsible for finance, legal, HR and IT at Technetix.
       
       
       
    5. Duncan McIntyre
      Duncan McIntyre
      Non-Executive Chairman   
      Duncan became a non-executive chairman of Technetix in 2009 and is a dynamic business leader and investor with a focus on driving growth and value. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive and a major shareholder of Morse PLC, a computer company which he grew from being a small UK-based business to an international and quoted market leader. He was the Chairman and a key member of the team which built Monitise PLC, a mobile banking and payments company, from concept to a market leading position and then to its subsequent billion-pound market capitalisation. He was the Chairman of Profero, a digital advertising agency, where he was key in re-establishing the business and then selling it to Interpublic Inc. Duncan continues to invest, chair and advise a number of companies.
       
       
       
    6. Emma Hamilton
      Emma Hamilton
      Group Legal Director and Company Secretary  
      Emma Hamilton joined Technetix in 2012 and was appointed Company Secretary in 2018. Emma provides a broad range of legal and commercial advice to the Group, including drafting and negotiating the Group’s contractual agreements, advising on employment issues, intellectual property protection, dispute resolution and supporting the Group’s acquisitive growth. Emma is a graduate of Sussex University and holds a postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice. Prior to joining Technetix, Emma specialised in Recruitment Law, providing commercial and legal advice to the recruitment industry.

  1. Jan Ariesen
    Jan Ariesen
    Chief Technology Officer    
    Jan is an experienced engineer with thirty years of broadband cable TV design experience; Jan currently leads the CTO, Marketing and QA teams at Technetix. His main focus is to liaise with key customers and be the Technetix technology advocate, developing new technologies and product platforms. Jan joined Technetix' acquisition Tratec in 1983. Before 2008, Jan was Technetix' VP of Engineering leading teams in the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands that were responsible for researching, developing and inventing new products and technologies.
     
     
     
  2. Tom Carter
    Tom Carter
    Group Finance and Operations Director  
    Tom is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of Accounting and Finance experience across multiple sectors. He joined Technetix in 2015, having worked in Leveraged Finance at Bank of Scotland followed by various blue chip Finance roles at Procter & Gamble and BSkyB. His most recent position was Regional Business Controller at Alliance Boots, business partnering Sales and Operational teams both in the UK, Europe and latterly in Latin America. Tom qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and is also an Oxford Graduate with a Masters in Modern Languages. Tom is responsible for finance and operations across the Technetix Group.
     
     
     
  3. Nathan Francis
    Nathan Francis
    President Americas  
    Nathan is a highly motivated individual inspired by challenges, Nathan joined Technetix in 2010 and quickly rose from Regional Sales Director for Northern Europe (UK, Ireland and Scandinavia territories) to President Americas. Before joining Technetix, Nathan was Managing Director for telecommunications operator Tiscali Business Services from 2004 to 2010, growing this division from £20m to £100m. Nathan is extremely well positioned to manage our American regions with his experience of our end-to-end operations, ensuring all USA MSOs are given the highest priority from new product development through to after-sales care.
     
     
     
  4. Francois Giraud-Sauveur
    Francois Giraud-Sauveur
    Chief Sales Officer, Europe  
    Francois is a business development and sales professional with over 15 years of telecommunications industry experience. Since joining Technetix in 2008, he has successfully driven the sales function across Europe. From the end of 2011, Francois has led the Sales team, Sales Order Processing team, Sales Engineering team and Customer Service teams across 20 different countries. A French national, Francois graduated from the international business school ESCE with a Masters degree; he worked for Acome from 1998 to 2004 as export manager and then for Sagem Communications from 2004 to 2008 as a sales director in the Set Top Box business unit.
     
     
     
  5. Jürgen Hatheier
    Jürgen Hatheier
    Chief Product Officer  
    Jürgen Hatheier joined Technetix as Product Director Headend and Access in 2015 and is now Chief Product Officer with responsibility for global delivery of Technetix products, overseeing the Product Management and R&D departments. He has a strong background in R&D and product management and previously worked as the Vice President of International Sales for PBN and Senior Director of Product Line Management at ARRIS. His experience in the telecommunication industry spans 16 years having started out as a systems engineer in 2000 at a cable operator. He moved to the supplier side in 2005, creating and delivering products in the telecommunications industry. Jürgen has a Masters degree in Business Administration and Economics from Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria. His expertise and strategic planning has helped Technetix develop its product portfolio internationally.
